Linda Evans (born on November 18 1942) is an American actress, most famously known for her roles on television. Audra Barkley was Victoria Barkley's daughter (played Barbara Stanwyck in The Big Valley from 1965 to 1969), which ran on the Western TV show of 1960s. Her most memorable role was as the long-suffering heroine Krystle Carrington, wife of Blake Carrington (played by John Forsythe) in the 1980s ABC premier time soap show Dynasty which she portrayed between 1981 and 1989. Her family moved to Edmonds, Washington when she was a young girl. father Jack was Sociologist for the University of Washington as a vice president of internal communication and later, he was the president of the Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association and Karen, her mom Karen was the special education teacher for Seaview Elementary School in Edmonds. Faris is the older sister of Robert who also is Professor of Sociology of sociology at the University of California Davis. As a young girl, her parents helped her pursue an profession as an actor. Faris gave her first professional performance when she aged nine. Seattle Repertory Theater. Then she was cast as Scout in a performance in the play To Kill a Mockingbird at the Issaquah Washington, Village Theatre in Seattle. She also played the title role in Heidi as well as Rebecca as well in Our Town. While attending Edmonds-Woodway High Academy, Faris appeared in a frozen-yogurt TV commercial.
